Rather than a single workshop, Cholex is a carefully selected network of artisan chocolatiers, specialist manufacturers and packaging houses — coordinated around one brief, one brand and one result.

At Cholex, chocolate is a medium. We translate the identity of a brand, the atmosphere of a launch or the emotion of an occasion into something edible, tactile and entirely its own — meeting creative, commercial and branding requirements in a single product.

There is no catalogue and no off-the-shelf answer. Our strength lies in knowing who does what best — and in bringing those specialists together so that each product is developed and delivered from concept to completion, reliably and to a professional standard.

Form, flavour, colour and packaging are developed as one coherent idea, with samples to approve.

For the past eight years we have specialised in bespoke and custom-made confectionery, working with leading brands and established confectionery retailers in London's West End — for launches, hotels, corporate gifting and private occasions.
